Spider Valley Falls

Water source:  Spider Valley Creek

Height:  approximately 18-20 feet

Parking:  Going west on Highway 76, turn right onto Academy Road.  In 1.2 miles, turn right onto Spider Valley Road.  Go approximately .9 mile and turn right onto Persimmon Road, FS 741.  Go down Persimmon Road for approximately .9 mile and park along the side of the road, GPS 34.76939, -83.24346.  (As a side note, Google Maps doesn’t seem to understand this GPS point and wants to route you to somewhere else.  If you’re using Google Maps, you may need to pinpoint Persimmon Road and go from there.)

Hike:  A few feet from where you parked, you should be able to see a path that leads downhill to the falls.  It is less than .2 mile round trip.
